Brick Wall Goalkeeping — Refund & Returns Policy

Our Commitment We stand behind every pair of gloves we sell. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

Returns We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, gloves must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging. Once a glove has been used in training or match play, it is not eligible for return.

How to Request a Return Email us at saves@brickwallgoalkeeping.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 24 hours with next steps.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.

Defective or Wrong Items If you receive a defective product or the wrong item, we'll cover return shipping and send a replacement at no cost to you. No questions asked.

Size Exchanges We offer one free size exchange per order. Email us at saves@brickwallgoalkeeping.com within 30 days of delivery to arrange.

International Orders For orders shipped outside the United States, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
